There are two paid 10 minute tea breaks which are usually taken between 10-10.30am and 3-3.30pm.
Talk to your manager about which break times you should take.
There may be times when you are required to work outside normal hours. Overtime is not paid unless specified in an individual Employment Agreement. Your working hours may be varied from time to time by mutual agreement.
You will be given an access card, The card allows you to enter the building outside normal hours. The card can activate the elevator to our floor if it's locked.

Team members are expected to maintain a good standard of personal hygiene and appearance. Professional business attire is to be worn in the office during business hours to present and maintain our image to our clients.
The overriding consideration is that you look smart and professional at all times and that you dress appropriately for the occasion.
We have dress down Fridays where you are welcome to wear smart casual clothes (such as jeans and t-shirt).
If you're in doubt about what is suitable to wear please check with your manager.
Stay Calm: Panic can lead to poor decision-making. Take a deep breath and stay as calm as possible.
Alert Others: If you discover the fire, activate the building's fire alarm system to alert all residents.
Follow the Fire Warden's Instructions: The fire warden is trained to handle such emergencies. Listen carefully and follow their directions.
Evacuate Immediately: Do not use elevators. Use the stairwell to leave the building. If the fire warden directs you to a specific exit, follow their guidance.
Check Doors for Heat: Before opening any door, use the back of your hand to feel if it is hot. If it is hot, do not open it, as there may be fire on the other side.
Stay Low: Smoke rises, so stay low to the ground to avoid inhaling smoke. Crawl if necessary.
Close Doors Behind You: As you evacuate, close doors to slow the spread of fire and smoke.
Assist Others: Help those who may need assistance, such as the elderly, children, or individuals with disabilities, but do not put yourself in danger.
Do Not Re-enter the Building: Once you have evacuated, do not go back inside for any reason until the fire department has declared it safe.
Call Emergency Services: Once you are safe, call emergency services (e.g., 111 in New Zealand) to report the fire if it has not already been done.
Meet at the Assembly Point: Go to the designated assembly point and check in with the fire warden or emergency personnel. This helps ensure everyone is accounted for.
