Chapter 4: Remuneration and time keeping
Your salary will be paid into your nominated bank account.
The salary that has been agreed with you is outlined in your Employment Agreement and should be regarded as confidential. You should not disclose your salary to anyone in the firm other than your employer. Full details of the breakdown of your salary will be on your pay slip which will be provided to you just before pay day.Following your agreed trial/probation period, and as outlined in your Employment Agreement, your salary or wage will be reviewed annually and may be adjusted in line with your performance.
The salary review process will take into account your performance, market rates and the firm's ability to pay, given market and other conditions. Reviews will not necessarily lead to a salary increase.Where expenses are incurred in the performance of your duties, and provided that you have obtained your manager's approval to incur the expense, we will reimburse you for reasonable travel and other expenses.
You should submit all receipts in accordance with the expenses claimed.If you are asked to work outside the normal Monday to Friday working week, time in lieu (bank time) may be allowed. Time in lieu must be approved by your manager.
No payment will be made for any time in lieu on termination of employment.All team members must complete timesheets. These show what hours you work each day and what type of tasks that time is allocated to.
It's important you complete timesheets as we use the information for analysis, charging and future work planning.
Your timesheet needs to be completed at the end of each week in order for your pay to be processed the following week.
