Chapter 7: Employer and team member duties

At Su & Co, our aim is to always to treat team members fairly and properly in all aspects of their employment. We shall:

Provide team members with good working conditions
Provide all reasonable resources to team members to carry out their duties properly
Provide a safe and comfortable working environment
Provide all reasonable training and instruction needed to equip team members to perform their duties properly

Team members will:

Have an industrious work ethic
Diligently and to the best of their abilities carry out the duties of their position and follow instructions given by management
Respect, support, and work cooperatively with other team members, and acknowledge the work of each other
Take all practical steps to ensure their own safety at work
Ensure confidentiality of information relating to our business
Not undertake any other business or role which would conflict with our business
